Data deletion instructions
Last updated 25 October 2026. BahtBeat (www.bahtbeat.com) has no user accounts and does not ask visitors for personal data. This page explains how to remove anything about you or your business from BahtBeat, including information that came from Facebook or Instagram.
What BahtBeat may hold
- Public event information read from venues' and artists' public Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts: post text, dates and links, used only to list live music events.
- BahtBeat's own accounts: the access keys that let BahtBeat publish to its own Facebook Page, Instagram and TikTok. These belong to BahtBeat, not to visitors.
- Emails you send us (suggestions, advertising enquiries).
- LINE chat: messages you send BahtBeat on LINE (not stored by the bot; a 12-hour "talking to a person" flag with your LINE user ID if you ask for a person).
- Business contacts that a venue or artist published on its own website, used for listings and occasional invitations.
BahtBeat does not use Facebook Login for visitors and does not collect visitors' Facebook or Instagram profile data.
How to request deletion
- Email admin@bahtbeat.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send it by registered mail to Bahtbeat LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
- Say what should be removed: for example your venue or band name, the listing's link, or your Facebook Page or Instagram account name.
- We may ask you to confirm you are the person or business concerned. We remove the listings and any stored copies within 7 days (never more than the 30 days the law allows) and confirm by email. Removed accounts are also excluded from future scans. We keep only a note that the request was handled.
Venue and artist owners can also ask us to stop listing them at any time; we usually act the same day.
