What BahtBeat is
BahtBeat is a free, information-only guide to live music in Pattaya. It doesn't sell tickets and isn't connected with the venues, artists or events it lists, unless a listing says otherwise.
Accuracy
Listings are gathered automatically from public sources and can be wrong, out of date or cancelled. Always check with the venue before you go. BahtBeat isn't responsible for losses caused by relying on a listing.
Names and links
Venue, artist and event names belong to their owners and are used only to describe events. Every listing links to its source. Owners who want a listing changed or removed can email admin@bahtbeat.com; we usually act the same day.
Social media posts
BahtBeat's posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok summarise the same public listings. They are published by BahtBeat on its own accounts through the platforms' official tools, and the platforms' own terms also apply.
AI-generated pictures and music
Many of BahtBeat's pictures, video clips and music are made with AI and are labelled as AI-generated. They are illustrations of the mood of a night out, not photos of a particular venue, artist or crowd.
Sponsored listings
Most listings are free. If a venue or promoter pays for, or exchanges something for, extra promotion, that listing or post is marked "Sponsored" or "Partner".
Complaints and takedowns
If you think a listing or post is wrong, unfair or uses your material without permission, email admin@bahtbeat.com with the link and what's wrong. We usually correct or remove it the same day.
Advertising
Ads are shown by Google AdSense; advertisers are responsible for their ads. To advertise with BahtBeat, use "Advertise with us" on the home page. Paid promotion is agreed separately in writing.
Limits of responsibility
BahtBeat is free and provided "as is". As far as the law allows, Bahtbeat LLC isn't liable for indirect losses or for losses from relying on a listing, a post or a linked website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Thailand, without taking away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
